If there is one mobile game out there, already trick and treating players, it will have to be Fallout Shelter! The app has been updated and it now comes with brand new Halloween décor. Also note that the vault building game has been adorned with new decorations like: jack o'lanterns, witches, skeletons, spider webs and bats. However, it is also hinted that there might be some new type of enemies who might show up to attack the vault. The nature of these were kept a secret though!
